Our terms and conditions
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity is due to start we’ll give you a refund. But we have to charge a £10 administration fee – this is for each transaction, not for each person or booking. If you prefer, you can book another date or activity, as long as it’s available. If the new booking is more expensive than the original, simply pay the difference when you re-book. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund you the difference – less the £10 administration fee. If you cancel your activity within 24 hours of the start time unfortunately we can’t give you a refund or offer you a rescheduled activity.
If we are unable to run the activity for any reason we’ll offer you an alternative activity or date. But if that doesn’t suit you, you won’t have to pay anything for this activity. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for the activity.
Failure to arrive
If you don’t show up for an activity you will forfeit the payment you have made (any gift vouchers will become invalid). If you arrive late you might be able to take part in the rest of the activity. But the activity will finish at the published end time, so you won’t get the full allocated time. Sorry – we can’t give you a refund for any unused time.
Some activities can’t be joined partway through. If that’s the case, you’ll forfeit the payment you have made. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get here and register before your experience.
If you had less than half the allocated activity time, or completed less than half the activity, we’ll refund the full cost of the activity. If you had more than half the allocated time, or completed more than half the activity, we’ll offer you a credit to use across the resort, equal to half the cost of the activity. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for the activity. If you choose to end one of our activities early, we can’t offer a refund or reschedule your booking.
